Returns & Refunds
We guarantee the quality of all products purchased from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, we will not be held liable for loss of funds resulting from currency conversions during the process of a refund or store credits.
We accept product returns as long as the following is met.
We receive your written notification email on the product(s) to be returned within 7 days of delivery
The product being returned is sealed with the plastic shrink wrap and, in a brand-new sellable condition.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned products.
Damaged products:
In the unlikely event of a parcel being damaged on arrival, please take photos of the parcel without opening it and photos of any damaged contents, then contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to solve the issue as quickly as we can.
If your game arrived damaged, has missing cards or other manufacturer errors please get in touch with us at hello@gizagames.com.au and we'll get back to you as soon as possible! In your email, let us know what game you purchased, what needs replacing and include your shipping address and photos to support your claim where components are damaged.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer replacements for accidental damage.
